Burgerac blog

I created Burgerac in January 2011 in order to post write ups and reviews of the burgers I was hungrily hoovering up around London. I used the blog as a place to experiment with writing about and have fun doing it.

Rather than just recording my own opinion about the food I was enjoying, I would talk to the chefs involved to find out more about why what I was eating was do doggone delicious. I learned a lot about writing, tone-of-voice, creating readable and shareable content and, most of all, about burgers.
